Version 8 Knowledge Base
You can access the TERMINALFOUR Knowledge Base for Version 8 core documentation, articles and release notes. This doesn't require authentication.
Community Site Access
If you want to access the TERMINALFOUR Community Site for Version 7 documentation, articles, the forum, and product release downloads you will have to log in to TERMINALFOUR. Once you have successfully logged into TERMINALFOUR:
- In Version 7 and previous go to the Help menu and select Extranet or Community
- In Version 8 go to the "Access the TERMINALFOUR Community" link in the header menu
If you can't access TERMINALFOUR you should contact your TERMINALFOUR Administrator or the TERMINALFOUR Client Support team who will issue you with a username and password to log in.
